The Adult Vaccine Access Coalition advocates for increased awareness, access, and utilization of vaccines among adults. At Burness, we were involved in branding the Coalition when it was formed, and we continued to support them in creating graphics and collateral materials.
AVAC’s graphics and fact sheets have been used extensively on Capitol Hill to make the case for investments that would help improve adult vaccinations rates.
I art directed the creation of the AVAC logo, where the choices of type and color are meant to feel scientific and authoritative. The treatment of the As, which accentuates their sharpness, is not a mistake; it plays up the idea of vaccination (without being scary!). Hats off to Becca Rand, the designer of the logo.
