The Center for American Progress is at the forefront of the conversation about progressive policy. The Center’s 2010 annual report was a play on the dictionary entry for progress. We showed how the Center embodies the many definitions of progress—“moving society in a more beneficial direction” chief among them.
I used the seven definitions of progress as an organizing structure for the report. By connecting the Center’s work to each meaning, we defined what it means to be progressive.
In keeping with the report’s theme, the color palette pulls from dictionaries and highlighters.
