Each year, the Primary Care Collaborative does a research scan to assess the state of primary care in the United States. For several years, I've been called on to design the report and present the research in an engaging and informative way. The cover design represents transformation (while also being quite pretty!). Colored boxes + icons + maps can work wonders for presenting dense copy.
